Improve your skills at the newly renovated Don Fichtner Memorial Field at the Hermantown Baseball Complex, a state of the art turf facility.

***All participants are required to bring their own J-bands***

This camp will provide young athletes with the tools and knowledge they need to develop proper throwing mechanics and establish habits that promote long-term arm health.

• Instruction on an age-appropriate J-band warmup routine

• Foundational throwing drills that reinforce efficient, safe mechanics

• Structured recovery process to help arms bounce back and stay healthy

• Coaching focused on building shoulder stability and arm strength to reduce injury risk

All participants will receive a Split Rock Athletics camp t-shirt as part of their registration.
